Iberdrola
Global green employment
overview
Global Green Employment is a digital platform developed for Iberdrola to promote opportunities within the green economy. The platform connects professionals with job openings, training programs, and educational resources aligned with the energy transition. The objective was to create a structured digital environment that supports employment discovery, skills development, and institutional communication around the global shift toward renewable energy.
challenge
The platform needed to serve multiple audiences: job seekers, students, educational institutions, and corporate stakeholders. It required clarity in navigation, transparency in opportunity listings, and credibility in communicating Iberdrola’s sustainability initiatives. The challenge was to design an experience that balanced accessibility with institutional rigor while translating complex sustainability initiatives into clear and usable pathways.
Role
I worked on the project as a Lead Product Designer, leading the design of the platform across both UI and UX. I collaborated closely with Binalogue and Iberdrola’s internal teams, contributing expertise in web platforms, product definition, and design systems. My role involved shaping the overall experience architecture, defining navigation structures and interaction patterns, and designing the interface to ensure clarity and usability across the platform. The work combined product thinking with visual execution, translating complex information about jobs, training, and sustainability initiatives into a coherent and accessible digital product.
IMPACT
The project delivered a structured platform that supports discovery of green economy opportunities while strengthening Iberdrola’s communication around the energy transition. Users can explore job opportunities, training programs, and educational pathways through a clear and accessible interface designed to support both employment discovery and institutional storytelling. The platform also established a consistent design system and interaction framework that supports the long-term evolution of the initiative.
