Milkywire
Climate action platform
overview
challenge
Many organizations have committed to net-zero and environmental targets, but executing those commitments is complex. Companies must navigate fragmented carbon removal markets, evolving regulatory frameworks, limited access to credible projects, and the need to connect environmental initiatives with internal financial systems. The challenge was to design a digital platform that makes climate action measurable, credible, and scalable, enabling organizations to discover projects, allocate capital, and track environmental impact through a structured and transparent system.
Role
I worked on the project as Lead Product Designer, responsible for mobile and web experience. My role combined product strategy, design leadership, and hands-on design execution. I worked closely with developers, sustainability experts, and business stakeholders to define the platform structure and translate complex climate and financial data into clear product experiences. I led the design of the platform architecture, including project discovery, portfolio management, and impact reporting, while establishing the design system and interaction patterns that supported the product as it evolved. Alongside product design, I guided the team’s design practices and cross-functional collaboration, helping align product, engineering, and sustainability teams around a shared product direction.
