Postnord
Nordics postal service
overview
PostNord, the leading postal and logistics provider in the Nordic region, partnered with Framna to modernize how people send, track, and receive parcels. The initiative focused on transforming traditional delivery processes into a digital ecosystem spanning mobile applications, operational tools, and service platforms used across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The goal was to simplify everyday logistics for millions of users while improving efficiency across the delivery network.
challenge
Parcel delivery historically relied on manual routines: paper pickup slips, long tracking numbers, and physical queues at service points. Customers had limited visibility into their shipments and little control over how deliveries were received. The challenge was to design a digital experience that provides real-time parcel visibility, flexible delivery options, and self-service tools, while integrating with complex logistics infrastructure operating at large scale.
Role
During my time at Framna, I collaborated on the project as a Product Designer, working hands-on with the product and engineering teams. My work focused on UX and UI design, interaction patterns, and contributing to the evolving design system, helping translate complex logistics workflows into clear and accessible digital experiences.
IMPACT
The work contributed to the modernization of PostNord’s digital ecosystem, helping move traditional parcel services toward more transparent and user-friendly digital interactions. Customers gained clearer shipment visibility and more flexible delivery options, improving how they interact with parcel services across the Nordic region.
