Material Exchange is a digital platform for the textile and fashion industry that uses AI image recognition to make material sourcing faster, more transparent, and more collaborative.
Through a mobile app and web platform, brands, suppliers, and manufacturers can digitize materials, organize and share collections, discover new partners, and move from inspiration to deal-making with less friction. By enabling trusted connections and controlled data sharing across the supply chain, the platform addresses core industry challenges — access to innovation, partner discovery, inefficient negotiation, and limited production visibility.

As Lead Product Designer, I worked across strategy and execution, operating between management and the product team to translate business goals and opportunity spaces into concrete features and products. I led design across brand, product, and systems—spanning creative direction, product and interaction design, and the definition of a scalable design language system—working closely with product and engineering to deliver a cohesive, intuitive platform built to scale in a rapidly evolving industry.
